Meet Joe
As a Coldwell Banker real estate advisor, I have access to cutting-edge technologies that provide me with current and dependable information on market behavior and property values in any neighborhood. I also use my thorough community knowledge and extensive connections to present buyers with a range of options tailored to reflect their unique real estate wants and needs.
For sellers, I create a personalized and comprehensive marketing plan that targets local and non-local buyers. High quality, professionally done, photos, video and expertly crafted property information is shared across all major platforms. Professionally printed postcards and flyers announcing the sale alert qualified buyers. All these strategies, along with my negotiation skills, ensure that sellers attract qualified buyers, and deliver buyers the property they’ve been searching for.
Before entering real estate, I earned an MBA from Daniels College of Business, right here in Colorado. Prior to that, I earned an undergraduate degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. As result, I have held many software development roles from small internet startups to large well-funded corporations. Throughout the years, I have continued to build on my education and experience as technologies evolve with the ever-changing property market. My passion for real estate has also led me to qualify for the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association’s (SMDRA) Leadership Academy. I am fortunate enough to share a stage with the best and brightest in my field. I am also a member of SMDRA’s Statistics Committee where we help shape the information that other real estate agents utilize. Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community – Highlands Ranch, CO where I’ve lived for the past 20+ years. I currently serve as a Chair of the School Accountability Committee at Ranch View Middle school and I have been Vice Chair at Eldorado Elementary. I am also a keen DIYer, and over the years have tackled many problems – one led me to shovel 18 tons of soil. I also love tools, but what DIYer doesn’t? Most of my tools are DeWALT, Milwaukee, and Bosch.
